Based on McClelland's three needs I would rate my need for achievement a strong 8 because as far as I can remember I’ve always been obsessed with obtaining success when it pertains to my personal life. What I mean by this is that I usually set a goal for myself and 90% of the time I achieve it whether it be having a family, buying a home , or finishing school. I don't necessarily crave success in my career but because I have those obsessive traits it tends to cross over and I always give 110 % at work. My need for affiliation is around a 2.
